IMPORTANT POLICIES AND INFORMATION:

PRICING
Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices published are intended to be accurate, but may be revised due to typographical or other errors or changing costs from suppliers. Prices charged shall be those prevailing at the time of shipment.

All packages shipped within New York are subject to State sales tax.

Freight charges will be added to all orders.

PAYMENT
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Money Orders and Checks. Parts will not be shipped until checks and money orders have been deposited and cleared. The fastest way to receive parts is to pay by credit card. C.O.D. orders are not accepted.

SHIPPING
Shipping Methods Most orders are shipped UPS Ground Service unless another method is requested. Oversize items may be shipped by common carrier (Truck freight).

Rush Delivery:
“Next Business Day” (red label), “2nd Business Day” (blue label), and “3rd Business Day” (orange label) rush delivery is available for orders received BEFORE 2:00 PM Eastern time. CALL 631-563-7325 TO CONFIRM PART AVAILABILITY FOR RUSH ORDERS.

Post Office Boxes and US Mail Delivery.
Most items cannot be shipped to a PO Box due to size restrictions. Shipment to a PO Box can only be done through the US Mail. Allow an additional 1 to 2 days for US Mail orders to be shipped.

Signature Required
Orders will be shipped “signature required” unless other arrangements are made at the time the order is placed.

First Time Orders
First time orders placed by credit card must be shipped to the billing address for the credit card. Once your account has been established we can ship to alternate locations.

Damaged Merchandise
Merchandise damaged in transit is the responsibility of the freight carrier. It is your responsibility to inspect the package(s) while the driver is present and have him/her note any damage. Also check the contents against items listed as shipped on the packing slip. Items found damaged or missing after the driver has left must be reported to the carrier within 24 hours of delivery. DO NOT ship the damaged items back to Realspeed Automotive. If you do, the carrier may not honor your claim and the loss will become your responsibility. We will be happy to assist you with filing a claim. See also “returns” policy.

RETURNS
Save all boxing and packing material until you are certain that you are satisfied with the product(s) received. If you are not happy with an item you received, call us at 631-563-7325 to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. The RA# must be clearly marked on the outside of the package near your return address. Packages WILL NOT be accepted without prior authorization. We will accept the return of any* unsatisfactory item provided it is unused, in “new” resalable condition with the original packaging, and returned with an RA number and a copy of your invoice within 30 days of the date of the invoice. Items without the original packaging MAY be accepted subject to a 20% to 40% restocking fee AT THE DISCRETION OF REALSPEED AUTOMOTIVE. Return freight must be prepaid. We do not accept postage due returns. All freight charges for returned items are the responsibility of the customer.

If you receive an item that is damaged, contact the carrier to file a claim. Do not return it to Realspeed Automotive. See “Damaged Merchandise” for more information.

*Special order and electrical items will not be accepted for return. If the part has been installed the refund or exchange will not be authorized.

BACK ORDERS
Backorders are shipped as inventory is replenished. If there are multiple items on an order, partial shipments will be made and the back ordered item shipped at a later date, unless you specify otherwise.

SPECIAL ORDERS
Special order items must be prepaid and are not returnable. Allow an additional 1 to 2 weeks for special order parts to arrive.

WARRANTY
The industry standard for competition, racing, and high performance parts is “No Warranty.” Most parts sold by Realspeed Automotive are intended for off-road or competition use only, and are sold “as is” without any warranty whatsoever. Implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are excluded. The entire risk as to quality and performance of such parts is with the buyer. Should such parts prove defective following their purchase, the buyer and not the manufacturer, distributor or retailer, assumes the entire cost of all necessary servicing or repair.

Some accessories sold by Realspeed Automotive may be warranted to the extent of such warranty offered by the manufacturer. Any claims arising from such manufacturer’s warranty should be directed to the manufacturer. Such accessories have no Realspeed Automotive warranty.

RACING AND SPECIALTY PARTS FOR OFF ROAD USE
This catalog lists primarily Aftermarket special competition parts. Aftermarket parts are intended to modify or prepare a vehicle for uses that exceed conditions anticipated by the vehicle manufacturer. Vehicles modified with some accessories offered in this catalog may no longer be legally used on public roads. Check your state and local laws before installing accessories on vehicles intended for use on public roads.

Federal and state laws prohibit removing, modifying, or rendering inoperable any device or element of design of the pollution control device or system on any motor vehicle used on public highways.

CALIFORNIA NOTICE
The emissions laws and regulations of the state of California apply to all non-racing vehicles. Consequently, some parts in this catalog may legally be used in California only on a racing vehicle, which will never be operated on public roads.
